CEO & FOUNDER
NARTHECare is founded and led by Becca Yang, a former Senior Program Manager and Business Operations leader at Microsoft with more than 16 years of experience leading complex global operations, cross-functional programs, and large-scale process transformation. Becca brings operational strategy, PMO design, technical program management, and organizational governance to the founding role — equipping NARTHECare with the execution discipline that early-stage companies require to scale with integrity.
What Becca is exceptionally good at is a specific and rare skill: taking a problem that is genuinely complex — with ambiguous scope, misaligned stakeholders, and real consequences for getting it wrong — and building the operating system to solve it. She has done it across compliance, trade regulation, investment programs, and organizational transformation at a company with hundreds of thousands of employees. NARTHECare is the same discipline applied to a different problem: the caregiving intelligence gap that affects millions of families and has gone unsolved not because the technology does not exist, but because no one has built the right operating system around it.
NARTHECare was not a business idea. It came from Becca's own experience as a caregiver — managing the health of aging parents remotely with fragmented information, too much uncertainty, and no early warning system. She built the first working prototype herself using AI-assisted development tools because she understood the problem well enough to know what it needed, and she was not willing to wait for someone else to build it.
Becca holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is based in San Jose, California.

FOUNDING ENGINEER
Jessie brings nearly 16 years of engineering experience spanning firmware, distributed systems, and large-scale platform architecture — most recently as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Amazon, where she spent a decade building supply chain systems that operate at a scale most engineers never encounter.
At Amazon, she led the architectural redesign of a distributed ordering system serving 2 million+ item workloads, achieving a 4.5x throughput improvement that cut processing time from nine hours to two. She designed and built the ordering platform that supported COVID test kit distribution across 600+ locations in the US and UK — the kind of system where reliability is not a nice-to-have. She reduced critical incident volume by 50%, eliminated Sev2 outages, and mentored more than ten engineers along the way.
What makes Jessie the right engineer for NARTHECare is not just the scale she has operated at — it is the combination of depth and range. She has built systems from the firmware layer up, designed multi-region cloud infrastructure, built agent-based AI tools using MCP servers, and led cross-functional teams through complex, ambiguous technical problems.
Jessie joined NARTHECare as Founding Engineer because she wanted to work on a problem that matters — building AI-driven systems where the output is not faster package delivery but a caregiver who can sleep at night knowing their parent is okay.
Jessie holds a Master's in Computer Science from NYU and an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from National Chengchi University. She is based in Seattle, Washington.
